When one listens to the word Immunity the thought that comes to one’s mind is the ability that makes a body stable against any sudden or gradual change in the weather. Immunity is a concept that cannot be measured in any parameters only assessment of immunity is the frequency of the effect that disturbed weather has on one’s health. Stronger the immunity, lesser will be the disturbed health.
Immunity cannot be built overnight it is like building a defense with in one self which changes with everyday change in the body. Hence building immunity is a life style change.
